[GAMEPLAY] Death recap and chat

The chat now scales with HUD so you can't play with a small HUD and a big chat, probably this bug has reported, but I have also noticed the death recap scales with the HUD too and it becomes too small that it can't be read, and as I remember the death recap wasn't scaled or affected by the HUD and that was better.
