[CLIENT] Client becomes unresponsive resulting in dodging

This bug has become so frequent I've decided to make my first forum post about it; I will be chatting as usual with my team prior to selecting my champion (or even after) and suddenly I either can't lock in my champion (if bug occurs before my pick) or the game will never start (if bug occurs after selecting my champion). Sometimes I can still chat with others and it will occur for them, other times it's just me, in that case I can enter chat, but there is no response which means I think it's not going through. Which intern results in a "dodge" for everyone, because they must exit the client, or if it exclusive to me, I must "dodge" because I can't lock in a champion. I have brought up a Google tab to show my internet is not the problem. This was an issue since solo queue, but can occur when I must ban a champion as well (due to new dynamic queue bans). The same instance occurs, my selection time will tick down to zero, but stay at zero and not allow me to lock in a ban/champion. In this particular instance, I had time left to select, and tried to "lock in" my choice, but it would not let me, and eventually went to zero and stayed there.

I cannot seem to reproduce this bug, as it occurs at random, but it is rather frequent and has caused me to lose series games, promotions, or just LP in general.
