Client - Showing I own 0 Skins, when I clearly own several. (Not enough, but a few at least!)

Under "Collection>>Skins" I believe that It should show that I have a few skins, it even says I have some legacy and some legendary ones. but the big "0" indicates that maybe I don't have any. Anyways, posting to better the game.
ps. would love a Xin skin as reward (if you do that sorta thing!)
