I dont have my pbe account details

yesterday i created a pbe account but i wasnt asked to put in the details of the account it just told me to download. if anyone could tell me how to get back the details or even make the details that will be appreciated. plz dont tell me to go and tell them to send an email ive already tried they dont send anything. TY
