A game that i played recently had a GP use Zhonya's Hourglass effect for 1-2 sec. but he didn't have a Zhonya's Hourglass item in his inventory.Unfortunately I didn't record the game but the one that had hack his ingame name is Ślecipek if you play with him record the game please so we can ban him and make riot do something about these hacks that are popping out every couple of days.

Pretty sure no hack exists that can let you use Zhonya's without the actual item...
actually this has happened to me against a varus mid except he used a qss. i was TF and got first blood quick. there was no item in his inventory (i aksed the rest of my team to make sure and he didnt have one) and he hadnt had NEARLY enough time to get the gold for the Item so UPVOTE THE FUCK OUTA THIS
