So when you AA using a soldier, Azir starts walking in a random direction, even if the target in within the soldier AA range. Happened to me on multiple occasions and caused me to die because Azir walking into the opponent like a headless chicken (no pun intended). Rito pl fix.

Having the exact same issue. Only thing I can do is keep clicking on the target to attack.
It's happening to me. Bought Azir, couldn't use due to "bug fix". Still can't use due to Azir wandering during soldier AA's.
It happened to me also, and it's very annoying to play around it.
