[Gameplay] Bots building removed items

Not sure this is a super huge issue, but recently when playing intermediate bots with some newer people, I noticed things like Irelia still managing to build Atma's Impaler, despite it being removed from the game. This seems kinda misleading, not to mention slightly advantageous to the bots themselves in the long run, especially for newer players that might not even know what it is, and end up confused because they can't find it in the item shop themselves.
