[Gameplay] New Patience mechanic bug

While playing Rengar, Wolf camp loses all patience despite no actions being taken that should warrant losing patience. Camp becomes unkillable until Patience allowed to fully regenerate.

Have not been able to reproduce, but video showing bug provided.
