Ranked 'Ban Champ' Select Button Does Not Select

3 ranked ques in a row, i’ve been in champ select, and it is my turn to ban, and i try and select a champ to ban, and it won’t let me select, or it does, then it wont let me ban. Then riot has the to give me 5 minute ban, 29 minute ban, 29 minute ban... omg.
