Leaver Buster bug for people waiting in Team Builder

When using Team Builder, after being grouped into a completed party, everyone presses Ready. When all five have pressed ready, the Team Builder queue searches for a match (which approximates finding a match within 5 minutes). In longer game searches (in or around 14 minutes) the Leaver Buster activates for people in the queue whom are simply waiting.

Today I was affected by such a case. While waiting for a game to be found, the queue suddenly canceled and a window popped up asking me to type "I agree" in a text box ('agreeing' referring to refraining from going afk).
