[Client] Minor problem with joining a game

Situation: I dragged the league of legends client window down below the screen. When matchmaking started, I couldn't drag it back up to hit "join". Please make it so that the window can be dragged around even when awaiting a confirmation response.

This is a very minor issue, I admit, but it shouldn't take much work to fix and would improve the client.
