EviL HD··0 votes·357 views

When I am downloading league, it will just randomly go to 0 KBps and won't go any farther then that, When I close the league it will show me some bug plat error or someting like that..

Example: 200 MB l 0 KBps 86% Left

How do I fix this?

I am running off of a Dell windows 8.1
