Diana with base skin locked on aram crashed my computer {client][Crash]

When i played aram, i was given Diana and i noticed that the base skin was locked and apparently unavailable. if i clicked on the skin it said that it was no longer available to buy. When i got into the game everything was fine. When I came out of game i had to skip stats, and when i went to play another game there were only summoners rift options available. and of those available it had a red exclamation mark next to each mode and was unavailable to play. I restarted my client with the aim to fix it, when i logged back in to the client the entire screen was black with only the tabs at the top of the client there. However if you clicked on any of the tabs it would make the noise but with no visual change on the screen.

I decided to do a full system repair where it did not change, i finished the repair and nothing changed, so i did it one more time to see if something went wrong. This caused my screen to go black for about a minute and unresponsive, eventually it came back so i checked the problem details report. It came up with the error where for some reason it seemed to crash my windows defender. I was doing nothing else at the time and a scan was not going through so i could see no other reason why this would crash other than the repair with league. I had to restart my computer and afterwards league decided to work again.

Not sure if this is a known thing or what even caused it. I had just come off a different aram game and instantly went into a new game.
