Currently i play the game with 150fgs with a 240hz monitor. But ingame it seems im playing with 10fp

Just recently, my games feels too slow on fps even in TFT with 1060 6gb. Never happend before ... it was perfect 2 days ago, no updates done on client that might affected as a corrupted file or something i was playing it on very high with 150+fps and never had a problem. Just now with my fps counter on 150fps it feels too laggy to play it. i dont know what might caused this problem but i tried fortnite to see if its my pc problem but it would run smoothly there. i don't know what to i might try a full repair. but if there's a solution in this that u already know i would appriciate it and please do! thanks.

Restart the CLIENT from time to time i don't know how ,but it fixes it multiple people seem to have this problem and restarting the CLIENT magically fixes it idk why.

now i did a fully intial repair and all it changed was the fonts.. and restarting doesnt fix it at all.

Yeah about 5 mins in it starts to studder and progressively gets worse as the game goes...and everything slows to a crawl off the game until I force close the client via task manager.
