repairing?

I got a new laptop.. and i decided to install lol. I came to the official site and clicked play now. Downloaded the game and putted it on my destop. Clicked on it to fully install.. It says ''repairing'' and i waited it to load...but the thing doesn't load at all it just keeps on being on the same spot as it was an hour ago...Is it because i have windows 10? Idk im bad for this stuff so please help up...i also tried restarting my computer and trying to turn it on and off again...but it doesn't change anything.
