Can't Buy Atlantean Syndra Bundle in the Snowdown Shop

I noticed that some people couldn't buy Challenger Ahri and the same is happening with the Atlantean Syndra Bundle. It just says, "We encountered an error handling your request. Give it another shot." If there's a way to fix it then I'd be more than happy to hear it, but I mostly posted this so that the problem was made known.

There's something going on with the Snowdown Shop that is preventing people from buying the discounted skins if:

1.) That skin is currently on sale in the store.

2.) The champion is currently on sale in the store (this only applies if you do not own the champion already).

So if you don't own Syndra, that would likely be why you can't purchase the skin right now, because Syndra is currently on sale for 50%.
