Didnt get Border Nor Icon from last season's ranked

So I'm not too sure why but at some point during preseason or maybe even at the end of last season I lost my border for whatever reason. I ended the season gold soloduo and play flex. I for whatever reason don't have any border now and haven't for a while, also I didn't get any ranked icons from the previous season.. not sure why I'm not getting rewards but the only thing I can think of is maybe its because i bought a name change around the same time? I'm not too sure if that would have anything to do with it though.. idk please somebody help, report tickets haven't helped. :(
