patch 6.19 has bugged singed his poison to baron is through the roof ive tested in a couple of custom games and it doesnt seem to matter what items you use. get a tiny amount of ap and you'll do over 1000dmg/s to baron

It looks like it is applying the full damage of the the Q (normally over 2 seconds) every tick (0.25 seconds).

So each tick is doing 8x more damage then it should...which adds up quickly for a DoT.

Reminds me of one of Alistar's PBE bugs where his passive was scaling by a couple of 0's more ap, allowing it to 2 hit baron

I got the chance to play him again, so far it looks like the interaction only occurs between singed Q and Baron, and though it's not as intense with less AP, it happens regardless of your items with no additional tricks to get it to occur.
