Ward skin for 6 RP?

So, I checked the shop today and the bouquet ward skin was only 6 RP 6, not 60, or 600, just 6 single Riot Points. Here's a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/6651ni

I don't know if this intended, but it seems a bit too cheap. It feels almost like stealing.
