Banning draft mode ?

Sometimes at 1-2 seconds when you press ban it doesnt ban. I have to wait 30 minutes to play for no reason? what ??

No reason? Why were you waiting that long to ban to begin with? The ticking countdown didn't tell you it's your pick and it's time to hurry up?
