Update Failed, during installation, and patch, bugsplat, IMPORTANT

I got a black blank screen after I pressed "accept" for the terms and conditions. I realized it wasn't working, so I reset my pc for any corrupted files. (I'm not very familiar with how to fix errors). I re install league for the tenth time, and it keeps freezing during the installation/patch at certain percentages. The percentages differ each time. But its a 100% repeat rate. I have tried almost everything-deleting files-resetting my computer-reinstalling league. when I get the error on the league client during installation/patch, it says "update failed..." I'm not positive, but I think it might be stuck at the 33%, because every time it fails it goes back to 33% from wherever it was.

Starting just 5 minutes ago, the client doesn't even open, it just bug splats, and I get the white window bug splat screen. Before this the issue was just "update failed..." during the installation/patching.

Please help. I've been trying to fix this problem for the past few days.

I would really appreciate all the help, this is getting very frustrating :/
