Syndra HUD Cooldown Bug

Hey Riot,

I mentioned a bug many times when I have a syndra in my Team. At some point ( I don't now exactly when) the overlay looks like her ult is up soon, but it is not. After the bug happens it freeze von this frame of the CD-display ( either on cd or ready)

I hope you will find the sources and you can fix it.
