Hecarim E Charge up still hitting when stunned

Honestly this and a few other things need to be fixed. How is it even fair that he can still hit you without making contact with your player, and its even worse when he has an insane amount of damage in his kit. Granted I was playing ADC this time around but had I been playing a tank the damage would have been there in a more than average increment. Take this with a grain of salt considering that in this game the Olaf (Top) purposely banned our mid laners champion, the proceeded to take jungle from our jungler.
