Amanice Guy - Summoner Stats - League of Legends

I want to know how I won 3 ranked games in a row but have 39lp. 2 of said 3 games it said I gained +20, and the first got +19. Second game, it said +20, but it said I had +19. I am fairly sure this was not the first time either that I won a game and didn't get lLP for it. Please can I get an explaination, and my lp back. Also fixing the issue if there is one would be nice.
