TFT force of nature bug

Made force of nature during battle phase in TFT and it bugged instead of granting an item slot it essentially stole the item slot and locked myself away from even receiving slots from leveling. picture attached shows I am level 5 but, can only place 3 pieces on the board when I made the Force of nature I was level 4 in battle phase. I then tried to sell the piece in the following round to get it fixed which put me at lvl 4 with a limit of 3 pieces. I then when I reached level 5 still not assigning the force of nature because I was destined was last in my mind with the bug found that it even steals the level up pieces slots.
