[CLIENT][CRASH] Stuck in Champion Select

Hello, I hope here is the correct way to report a bug ( I'm on EUW), cause this is the first of 3 posts. QA will have some work ;)

We were stuck in champion select of a Draf Pick normal game: we could never declare a pick intent, and when the timer went to 0 we never saw the "Ban a champion" screen. We were just stuck in-between (see screenshot). We had to quit and relaunch Lol to make it work, and had the time penalty applied. No idea on how to reproduce though, probably linked to the high number of connections.
