Champ select bugs

Whenever I queue for a game, both on NA and PBE, I will get in to champ select as normal, do my pick intent, ban if I am 3-5th pick, but when it comes to picking champs the client always bugs on me. Usually after the first or second pick comes through, my client stops refreshing itself, or so it seems, and the next person to pick's timer goes to zero and the client does nothing more. In my last game, it happened on the 3rd pick of the enemy team, I was 5th on my team. I sat at zero, knowing that I was going to dodge unintentionally, started bringing up the boards to check for the issue, and randomly a few minutes later all the other picks came in and I got kicked out for dodging.

The chat also lags while in client, usually when Im apologizing to my team for being in the lobby but knowing I can do nothing but dodge, and wont post messages for 10-15 seconds after I submit them.

I dont know if its related, but very frequently I can be sitting in queue with the client up, and the AFK check will not pop, but Ill be returned to the lobby with a message saying I didnt respond. Sometimes the AFK check will pop up for a second, literally a second, and then when Im clicking the accept button it will time out with a full timer bar and say I dodged.

This happens almost every time I use either client, and has happened in the PBE Alpha client as well.
