Many times in my last game I was able to leap and then immediately leap again with no CD, despite the fact that I hadn't gotten a kill or assist. How to duplicate it: Leap > leap again. If an admin can watch the gameplay around 11:30 pm PST you can see multiple examples of this happening.
Whenever Tristana takes down an enemy champion or detonates Explosive Charge at maximum stacks on an enemy champion, Rocket Jump's cooldown is reset.
I think a fully charged bomb resets it too.
When you AutoAttack your E 4 times you get the reset again, which is really really dumb.
needs to evolve his E to even be able to get a reset on his jump
