Connection issue.

1st - I can't connect to the game without restarting my PC, 2nd - Even if i reconnect to the game LoL crashes constantly up to 4 times in the game, and i can't reconnect right away ,but rather i need to restart the PC every time, which takes about 3-4 mins. I would get over it if it was my fault, but it's server fault, yet i get punished for that, leaving me with leaverbooster, which i demand being removed. If you have rules in the game which we have to respect , then you should respect us too and fix the problem before it causes the damage.
