Login Issues or Bug

I launch the game and I cant login or maybe i am able to write my username and password but then the game stuck there at loading. What i can do? And this occurred after the 8.4 Patch Update.

I ended up restarting the client a couple of times and now it is working.

They say that they fixed the problem but still the same problem occurs. Riot is exactly the same as a typical mastery 7 Yasuo 1/18/3
