Shutdown Twice Back to Back [gameplay]

I was playing an Aram as Akali today and I had my killing spree ended. The opponent received the bonus gold. After respawning I died again(no kills) and it reported that I was shutdown again and another opponent received bonus gold. I had no kills between these 2 occurrences. I went on to have a few more killing sprees but no other instances of back to back shutdowns.
