Chrome packs not working in Team Builder

I bought the Darius Forge chroma pack and selected the Dark iron color during the pre-game lobby, and as soon as it hit the loading screen, it threw me into the game with the default skin, default colors. I thought maybe I didn't have it selected right before the game started so I tried again, and the same thing happened. I made sure to constantly keep selecting the skin until the game started and still started me with default colors. Anyone else having this issue?
