[Gameplay] Syndra stuttering bug.

After spamming abilities during a fight there is a chance that Force of Will (W) doesn't go off and when it finally does Syndra's movement becomes jittery and erratic. This has been a bug for as long as I can remember, and usually happens to me at least once every Syndra game. You can see this happen to Bjergsen after he Zhonyas in the video.
