Why does the issue about the patch update being stuck on some percentage still around?

did you guys ever even try to fix this problem? because everytime theres a small patch this problem seems to always appear like "hey I'm fucking back to pissed you the fuck off again." like come on riot. Stop paying people who doesn't even do shit about this problem. Its obvious that its one of the TOP issues that most player in this world have when new update comes. like shit I'm so sick of this i had to redownload the game 4 times and do all the research of what to do online every time! you guys should hire me instead of those bum ass worker you have riot. no offense (workers) but your being paid to fix the problems and you're doing a pretty shitty job. IMO
