I had a similar problem. I learned that graphics drivers may be to blame. If you run 2 or more monitors the easiest solution is to unplug one, and reload your computer. It could be a graphics driver incompatibaility as well so while it could work on one it might do poor on another. I was told AMD is having a huge issue. My problem was I occasionally run 3 screens to duplicate my main monitor. That frequently causes me league of legends crashes, but it didn't crash my computer [which league +3 screens does do] because I unplugged it before launching league [but not restarting my computer] and instead it wouldn't load client at all. See if this solution works. If not, then the answer doesn't apply to you. If you're running 2 screens and streaming it may also apply to you. Basically in my case it wasn't AMD but the Nvidia Graphics Controller not working well with the league of legends client.
