DJ Sona Skin Missing

Just went into draft pick today and picked Sona with the intention of using the DJ Sona skin I bought a while back. I bought it right after URF mode(2015) ended. It says I don't own the skin. This is the first time I've played Sona since before I had trouble with my account. My account got transferred without my consent or knowledge not too long ago. What happened to my skin? That skin was VERY expensive.

It's best to click on support in the top corner and send a ticket they can get back to you much faster that way.
