League In-Game Freezing

Ive notcied in the past 2-3 games ive played my game has freezing for large amounts of time, and its not just me, but in those games, other people said they were freezing too, so i thought i would let you guys know. The game would not freeze forever, but just a frustrating amout of time. I am simply adressing this because this has been affecting me for being "Afk" when in reality screen is frozen. And ive also noticed the champ select takes a long period of time to load, not sure if that matters but just an fyi. Thank you.

Edit: I made a new acc too test if it was me or the game, but my results were not what i expected, the new account played fine, so i tried too go too the main account and it was still freezing. I have no idea what too do, since i unistaled and reinstaled and still nothing. Please help me, ive wasted too much money on this game too call quits.
