Can't get into log in screen????

So lately i've come back to league to play. I've been playing on my new pc, ever since like a few days ago. I'll hit the launch button and then the log in screen never comes up. i've tried reinstalling, doing all of the fixes i've found on the internet. nothing has worked, any ideas?

I would help you if I could but i've had the same problem for some unknown reason and don't know how to fix it, so ill bump this post to see if we get any help. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
