[GAMEPLAY] Heimer Turret

i've notived this before season 5 officially started, thought it'd be fixed but i guess nobody's mentioned it yet.

playing heimer top lay down turrets enemy champion goes into heimer turret range turret locks onto enemy champion once they leave the agro range the turret keeps shooting, revealing the enemy position (but not doing dmg) until someone kills them

i've noticed so far that the turrets do the bug to the last enemy champion to get agro'd by the turret

once in a while it does it to minions but havnt found out how often or how exactly the bug occurs

this happens onces every 2-4 games but multiple times in game when it does.
