Akali / Project akali bug

Cant choose akali skin ( was last using a rose quartz chrome on project akali) Now i cant select a skin and in game noone can see my w or my e or my q, the movement animation is still there and i still go invisible in my shroud even tho i noone sees the shroud (not even me).
