[CLIENT] Friends List, Username, TFT and more missing from my client

I recently logged in to get the most recent patch (9.17). After downloading it and logging in, I found that most of the features on the client were just missing. Additionally, TFT is completely gone from the options of game modes to play. My store is also not loading properly.

I have no idea what to do from here, anyone know what I can do?
