Cant buy RP: Failed to load URL "https://plstore.euw1.lol.riotgames.com/session/new/" with error ...

I can get into the Store and when i click on "Purchase RP" the new window opens, it is completly white and it says:

Failed to load URL "https://plstore.euw1.lol.riotgames.com/session/new/" with error "timed out" (-7).

Please Fix [slayer-jinx-catface]
