42 hours to install lol, is this normal?

Hi, I don't know why my lol client is so laggy recently I used to get a little bit lag from character select to loading screen, after that, the game would run smoothly. However, I think around patch 8.13 (not after the patch, is like between the patch), the lol client lag get more worst, it takes longer time than general to get from character select to loading screen. Moreover, after get from loading screen to game, my FPS dropped very huge like around 8~23 fps (I used to get 100 fps in game) I also tired repair option, but it didn't seem work. In addition, when I play other games like pubg, it looks fine (running normally)
