I can't connect to game. #promostrugs

I just can't get into the game. I click "reconnect" and am directed to a black screen. At the end of my previous game (Lulu) I had a bugsplat, but didn't expect it to affect this one. I've tried restarting everything; the computer, the client. What's my next step?
