Dominion Bug

So, I haven't seen it today, but I also haven't found any fixes listed so here it goes.

Yesterday I decided to try dominion and I had alot of fun. I played a few more games and truly enjoyed it until i played against an azir. I noticed that before the game started, he was already on the map claiming objectives. I noticed this in 4 more games of dominion before I got frustrated and quit. Not sure if i'm going to play again. Is there a fix to this? Is it in the works? Should azir be temporarily banned from dominion?
