Can't use skills

So I was playing a custom w/a friend against some bots (he was new so I was teaching him how to play), I went as Kat and he went as ashe . The first 30 minutes were fine, but then, I couldnt use my q, r, recall or any of my items. Even if I press on the actual buttons using my mouse, they still wouldn't work. I tried to reload the game twice, and the bug stayed there. After the game, I started another game and it was gone (thank god). Rito plz fix this, thank god it was a custom not a normal/ranked.
