Someone dodged an ARAM which resulted in a 4v5

A player in an ARAM lobby dodged with plenty of time left before the game would start (ie. 30 seconds); the client showed "Player 1 has left the room". The game started anyways and a 4v5 resulted.

I do not know how to reproduce this bug.

The event before this was the following: Attempted to queue up for ARAM 3-4 times but failed to start a game (from others dodging).
