[GAMEPLAY] Blast cone on baron side can be auto attacked without the sufficient range.

Champions with 550 or more in range can attack blast cone from baron pit. However, the range seem to indicate that it shouldn't be possible. Tested with Cassiopeia (550), Bard (525), Anivia(600). https://imgur.com/a/tB23e With Cassiopeia, cannot attack enemy in same range slightly closer. https://imgur.com/a/7s3ze Tested if I could do the same on dragon side, but I was ony able to do this with 600 range on a single spot after about 10 attempts. Tested with Anivia(600), Annie(575), Cassiopeia(550).

Why does it matter? We can ensure the enemy jungler cant steal baron/herald without gap closer. So in dragon pit, only 6 champions can do this trick, while in baron pit, 33 champions can do this trick even though it seem like you need the same range to do the trick at dragon side as baron side.
