I can't see any champs (can't pick or ban, can't see the bans and picks of other players) and I can't change my runes or masteries. I tried 3 times, tried to close and open again LOL, I dodge every champ select because I see nothing.

2nd Best1 votesI just had to reinstall league recently and it's happening still. It's not a consistent thing for me.. It just happens randomly, but it really sucks if you end up having to make your friends wait if/when it happens.
