I need help, because I really want to play league, and I cant even play it because every time I attempt to start the game it just gives me the error. I tried opening it as admin but nothing worked.. PLEASE HELP!

I'm having an issue logging in where it says "Did not receive a response from the server; retrying. (attempt 1/2/3)
and then throws the login error.
I am having an issue where the champion loading screen shows no splash art, flickers black multiple times, then goes completely black. I can hear game noises for about 3 seconds before the whole game crashes. my log files show things like:
